Welcome to Paul's Body Engineering.
My journey in fitness started as a teenager, where I started my career in Rugby Union and after leaving school continued to play for my local club and represented the Sunshine coast over a 10 year period.
I was struck down with injury in my late twenties and made the decision to Travel over seas for 3 years. When I returned I tried to get back to Rugby, but seemed to lack the passion and drive I once had for the sport.
I tried my hand at a new endeavour and found myself weight training. I had some idea of what to do, though was not really educated. I became addicted to the ‘pump’ and found myself training 3-4 days a week.
I made mistakes throughout the initial parts of my training and made the decision to further educate myself in fitness, health and nutrition.
Before I reached the point of creating Paul’s Body Engineering I had 12 years experience in the building, construction and engineering industries. Through various management roles I always managed to achieve success as a professional with one main philosophy rising above all others.
I emphasise and bring this same philosophy to Paul's Body Engineering.
I am now an ISSN Accredited Sports Nutritionist.
My fitness background includes 10 years as a schoolboy and grade Rugby Union Player, International Netball player, success as a Junior golfer and more recently earning my Professional Bodybuilding status with NBA Australia and INBA.
Now I train 6-7 days a week and it has just become part of my lifestyle. My focus and drive has never been higher. I have never been stronger, fitter or healthier.
My vision for Paul's Body Engineering is to take the skill sets and knowledge I have developed and lived over the years and apply this to the fitness industry.

My private training facility is conveniently located in Warana on the beautiful Sunshine Coast. We cater for all training styles and my facilities include a fully functional gym floor with all necessary strength equipment, a dedicated posing room, a kids zone and an Infrared Sauna.
We run Monday & Wednesday Glute Camps focusing on strengthening, correct technique and improving glutes of many individuals.
Our facility requires no membership fee.
There is always hesitation and excuses when starting a new journey or goal. I know I made a few, had a few. Honestly, the best thing you can do is to simply get started. Once you start and commit and set short term goals at first, your desire and drive takes over. Before you know it the results are evident, compliments are forthcoming and you feel much better about yourself and the decision you made.
