Welcome to Paul's Body Engineering.  

​My journey in fitness started as a teenager, where I started my career in Rugby Union and after leaving school continued to play for my local club and represented the Sunshine coast over a 10 year period.

I was struck down with injury in my late twenties and made the decision to Travel overseas for 3 years. When I returned, I tried to get back to Rugby, but lacked the passion and drive I once had for the sport.

I tried my hand at a new endeavour and found myself weight training. I had some idea of what to do, though was not really educated. I became addicted to the ‘pump’ and found myself training 5-6 days a week.

I made mistakes throughout the initial parts of my training and made the decision to further educate myself in fitness, health and nutrition.

Paul's Body Engineering provides Face to Face and Online coaching options for physique, bodybuilding and general population services for clients all over the world.

Paul is Internationally accredited in Sports Nutrition and also holds qualifications in Fitness, Contest Prep and High Performance.

He is a Professional Natural Bodybuilding as well as Bodybuilding Judge. He trains an exclusive PT service in his training facility on the Sunshine Coast. With 10 years' experience Paul's services encompasses training philosophies that work with all levels and all ages.

My fitness background includes 10 years as a schoolboy and Representative Rugby Union Player, International Netball player and success as a Junior golfer. We go into this and my background in more detail on the Paul’s Body Engineering Podcast, found on most major podcast provider platforms.

My private training facility is conveniently located in Aura on the beautiful Sunshine Coast. We cater for all training styles and my facilities include a fully functional gym floor with all necessary strength equipment, a dedicated posing area, 2 highly experienced and qualified coaches.

Our facility requires no membership fee.

There is always hesitation and excuses when starting a new journey or goal. I know I made a few, had a few. Honestly, the best thing you can do is to simply get started. Once you start and commit and set short term goals at first, your desire and drive takes over. Before you know it the results are evident, compliments are forthcoming and you feel much better about yourself and the decision you made.
